I had the best experience working with Awilda from cozy in the crib! Being a first time mom I was very nervous, but Awilda was so professional, and held my hand through the process. Within a few days, our son was on a sleep routine that he loved! Sleeping through the night!! We started this process when he was 4 months old, he is now 10 months and we have continued what Awilda showed us. Cozy in the crib, thank you so much for all your help! We can not express how grateful we are to have worked with you! If anyone is looking for a sleep trainer, please contact them, you will be greatly satisfied.

Awilda helped my husband and I get our son on track. We were dealing with multiple night wake ups and it took us a long time to get our son down. We are now able to put our son down in the crib and walk right our of his room while he sleeps a full uninterrupted 12 hours. My only regret is that we didn’t start with Awilda sooner!

Awilda goes above and beyond to be by your side through the 2 week sleep training journey. She was so helpful at coaching us on how to help our toddler (nearly 2 yr old) daughter to go to sleep independently at night and during the day on weekends when she is home. We had a lot of challenges before starting the program and we have found we now have the tools to use when we face challenges at bed time. Our daughter is getting much more sleep and has been making progress every day since completing the 2 weeks with Awilda. Awilda also has been so generous to check in with us following the 2 week program to see how she is doing and provide any additional recommendations. For example, she helped us come up with a game plan on how to approach traveling and time zone changes for a trip from NY to CA. We could not recommend Awilda enough. We are very happy with our daughter’s progress.

Awilda has been amazing to work with over the past several weeks! Our 2 year old had been going through a very tough sleep regression and Awilda worked with us every step of the way even when he threw us a few curveballs! She still checked in even after our 2 weeks were up and we continue to see progress with our toddler. We are so grateful for Awilda's help and guidance. Highly recommend!

Awilda has been a gift to our family! Our youngest now has a predictable and consistent routine that helps everyone's lives run more smoothly. He is a happier baby and I didn't know it could go this well. I wish I had known Awilda two children ago 🤣 She's very understanding and responsive, and makes it possible to be responsive to changes in schedule while maintaining progress. Put Cozy in the Crib on your registry if you are expecting.

Awilda has been amazing to work! Thanks to her, we no longer have multiple night wakings and we have our bed back. We have a happier and more playful baby! Awilda goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. If your little one is struggling with sleep, I would highly recommend working with Awilda. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner!

I have to say I was skeptical at first but once my wife and I kept at the steady routines, recommendations and instruction by Awilda at “Cozy in the Crib” it went as promised. Our son sleeps in his room alone and All Night. We noticed a big improvement in his behavior since he’s well rested and no longer waking up in the middle of the night running into our bed. We had lots of sleepless nights but it was all worth it in the end. Thank you Awilda at Cozy in the crib. You help make our life so much easier with a bedtime routine.

I found Cozy in the crib through a mutual friend I follow via Instagram. After reading through her website, reviews, and having had prior consultations with other sleep consultant specialists, I knew Cozy in the Crib was the right choice for our family. We made the impulsive decision to remove the crib bar from our 2 year olds bed a week before his second birthday. After 1 month of being in his big boy bed, he made it a habit to wake up after 3 hours of sleep and walk his way over to our room. For two months, this pattern repeated and we had him sleeping in our bed (tossing, turning, and kicking our faces). In addition, he would wake up around 5:45-6AM daily and sometimes it took us 1.5-2 hours to get him to bed which resulted in us having to stay in his room the entire time until he was asleep and/or we would have to hold him/rock him to sleep. By the time bedtime was over, the clock would say 9PM and my husband & I hadn't even had dinner yet. Within two weeks of working with Awilda, I am SO EXTREMELY HAPPY to report that my 2 yr 4 m old son is back in his crib (crib bar back up), falls asleep independently for nap and bedtime (total of 5-10 minutes with us in our routine), and he stays in his bed (no crying, even if he wakes up early) until 7AM! Zero regrets, other than not doing this sooner, and worth every penny. (PS. Small detail is I am 6 days away from my due date with our second child and Awilda knew it was crunch time for us and provided all the support and resources.)

I can’t say enough about cozy in the crib! Awilda is so knowledgeable and comforting. I was nervous for change but I am so glad I listened to her and went all in. Within 3 days my 3 month old was off of his 2 night feedings and sleeping 12 hours through the night! With the sleep schedule she provided we have gained so much independence again. I finally feel like a person again. I can eat or do laundry or shower or clean the house etc while he is “cozy in his crib” for naps now instead of him sleeping on me and making me feel like I wasn’t able to be productive. Having a schedule that helps him get enough sleep during the day has made such a difference as well. I also had an extremely difficult time with the newborn phase and she helped coordinate a feeding and sleep schedule to help make my days easier. She gives the best advice and is my go-to for any baby questions!! I can’t thank her enough and I can finally sleep well which makes me be a better mom!

I highly recommend Awilda to anyone who wants to have their child sleep through the night. Within a couple days our 4 month old was sleeping 12 hours a night and in a routine! She went above and beyond to help my wife and i navigate our new, rested life

Let me start from the beginning. My 12 month old daughter and I used to co-sleep in a MONTESSORI bed. (Supposedly to give her more independence, but the opposite happened). The only way she would fall asleep was by breastfeeding on demand, and she took that literally! She used to wake up every 1 to 2 hours to breastfeed. Both of us were exhausted. I hadn’t slept more than 2 hours straight in a long time. My mental health was at risk. For her birthday, we gave her the best gift ever, the gift of self-soothing and sleeping through the night WITH COZY IN THE CRIB Awilda was my rock throughout this journey. She even offered to drive to my house at night to help during those challenging first few days. She told me it would be tough, and boy, was she right! Those first days were incredibly hard, but I trusted Awilda with all my heart. She would call me and reassure me that Salma would succeed. THANK YOU, AWILDA! Because of you, I am able to go on dates with my husband, and now I sleep peacefully in my own bed! You will forever be a part of our daughter’s life story. The sleep skills you helped her develop will stay with her forever. Good sleep = a healthy mind. You changed our lives!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Awilda and the Cozy in the Crib program! We initially reached out as our 4 month old was not napping at all during the day, and his sleep at night was broken up by his need to feed every 3 hours. Within days of working with Awilda, we were able to get him to start taking 3-4 naps on a consistent schedule. By the end of the 2 weeks he had started sleeping through the night with feeds completely eliminated. I highly recommend working with her if you need additional support and guidance through the sleep training process. It was incredibly helpful to have her monitor his intake and hold us accountable to the new routine!

We cannot say enough good things about working with Cozy in the Crib! Prior to 22 months our son was always a great sleeper, so when he stopped sleeping we were in panic mode. All of a sudden we were up all night long with him completely exhausted. After two to three weeks of restless nights we decided to reach out to Awilda for a free phone consultation and oh my goodness we are SO glad that we did! Right away she put us at ease telling us about how she designs the program specifically for us and how she’s with us every step of the way. She talked us through everything and really helped us feel confident before we started our first night of sleep training. She also went above and beyond and got our sleep plan ready for us in the midst of her holiday travels, so we could start sleep training on New Year’s Eve! With Awilda’s coaching, by night two our son had only one middle of the night wake up and by night three he was sleeping through the night! Thanks to Cozy in the Crib our son loves his bedtime routine and we are finally well rested!

WOW - Is all I have to say. Coach Awilda knows her stuff. Not only did she help us create a plan for our 3 year old son's sleep routine, she walked us through and held our hand every step of the way (virtually over facetimes, calls, texts and emails and a very convenient app) and provided so much guidance for the challenges we were facing. She knew the answer to help every situation we encountered with our pesky toddler. The way she got the whole family involved was incredible and really resonated with my son. I honestly did not think this would work but my son who had some terrible sleeping habits (like wouldn't listen, would finally fall asleep at 11pm on most nights after fighting us and making us lay with him the whole night), is now sleeping every night by 8:30pm the latest and sleeps all by himself like a big boy! He has confidence, is proud of himself and enjoys getting into bed and going to sleep now! AND the best part... WE HAVE OUR NIGHTS BACK thanks to Coach Awilda!!!! Insert glass of wine cheers-ing!
